advantage:
1. The product is a reusable shampoo bottle with one-time molding, no scraps (not counting tail trim), a higher resin molding rate, no need for post-processing. At the same time, the product has higher hygienic performance and is safer. Particularly suitable for the production of products with higher requirements for sanitary performance.
2. The surface of the product is smoother and more beautiful.
3. The product parison adopts injection molding, and the quality, weight, and process are more stable.
4. The mouth or thread of the product adopts injection molding, which has higher dimensional accuracy and is suitable for the production of products with high sealing requirements.
limitation:
1. It is more suitable for producing small-capacity bottles, but not suitable for producing bottles larger than 300ml.
2. For special-shaped bottles or flats, it is not easy to form.
